Ajio — Unfair exchange denial & customer harassment due to missing tagline

I am extremely disappointed with the unethical behavior and harassment I have faced from [Platform Name] regarding an exchange request.

I had ordered a dress which turned out to be oversized. I tried to exchange it, but the delivery person denied the exchange citing that the tagline was missing—despite the product being unused and in proper condition. I immediately contacted customer care, and they asked me to send images of the product (front, back, and size tag), which I did.

However, I received no proper confirmation, no support, and no solution—only an uncertain reply stating that I may not receive the full refund even if accepted. This is absolutely unfair.

Why should the customer suffer for something as trivial as a missing paper tag, especially when the product is untouched and returned on time?

I consider this to be a serious case of customer harassment and denial of consumer rights. I demand strict action against the seller/platform and a full refund or proper exchange.

Please take appropriate steps to ensure justice.
