Dear Consumer Complaints Team,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and anger regarding my experience with Ajio, a company that I believe is actively looting consumers' hard-earned money. They have taken Rs 5, 090 from me, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they persist in claiming that it is resolved when it is clearly not. I have not received my complete order. On September 15th, I was expecting the delivery of three products:
Indya Xrohit Gandhi Rahul Khanna Dress - Rs 2, 454 (not delivered)
Indya Embroidery Lehenga Choli Set with Dupatta - Rs 2, 636 (not delivered)
Indya Ready to wear saree - (Delivered and returned)
However, I only received a notification for the Indya Xrohit Gandhi Rahul Khanna product but I got Indya Ready to wear saree delivered. The other two items were never delivered to me. I returned the ready-to-wear saree earlier.
The delivery person confirmed that only one item was delivered. However, Ajio's representatives absurdly insist that all products were sent in one consignment. This is not only false but also demonstrates their disregard for customer satisfaction. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered, and their app is equally frustrating.
I called customer care again on September 20th and spoke with Aastha, followed by her supervisor Monish. Both claimed the issue was resolved and that no refund would be issued. They stated that the package wasn't tampered with, implying that it was delivered as intended, which is unacceptable given that I did not receive the majority of my order.
This situation is causing me significant stress, and I feel deeply frustrated and disheartened. I am requesting a full refund of Rs 5, 090 for the undelivered items or the immediate delivery of the products.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, Ajio customer care continuously insists that the matter is resolved, claiming that since it was shipped as one consignment, all products were delivered. This is simply untrue. Their customer service representatives have been unhelpful and dismissive, leading me to conclude that Ajio is not committed to addressing customer concerns.
I have never encountered such a poor shopping experience, and I believe their practices are unacceptable. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Ajio to protect other consumers from similar experiences.
I am attaching screenshots of my complaint submitted the same day my order was marked as delivered. Additionally, I received an OTP for the Indya x Rohit Gandhi product, while I have no confirmation for the Indya ready-to-wear saree that I ordered.
If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate this issue further and take necessary action against Ajio for their fraudulent practices. Consumers deserve better, and I expect immediate intervention.
