I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an issue with my recent order (Order# FN[protected] According to your tracking system, Delivery partner Xpressbees
Tracking ID [protected] the order has been marked as delivered on 22th june However, I have not received the package.containing 9 items
Details of the order are as follows:
Order Number: Order# FN[protected]
Items Ordered :9 Delivered items only ONE(video & photo attached) which I have submitted with proofs.
Your delivery partner confirmed that only one item was delivered out of nine written on the bill. If the items cannot be located/resolved, I expect full refund or replacement of the items which were not delivered to be arranged promptly.
I have already made complaints to the customer service team and they are saying that we will arrange a call back from our Supervisor which they never did but in the app it shows resolved, I may add that I have written 9 Mails but no response from the team about the missing products.
I would request to thorough investigate the whole matter as 9 items can't fit in this kind of packaging.
I will be constrained to take further legal course of action if issue is not resolved.
