I got received the above order today and I was terrified to see an old watch was packed inside the box. I ordered for G Shock watch GM S2110-3ADR. I requested for a cancellation and also called the customer care for reporting this issue they said I selected a wrong option as I need to give the return option as wrong item delivered which I couldn’t find it in the options given at the time I placed the return request.
They said they will create the cancellation from their end however it will take another 48hrs. I need to get this watch returned and get my money back. I spent Rs. 11646 for this alone.
I didn’t expect such a horrible experience from this Ajio site, I need a solution for this. First time experiencing something like this I couldn’t process.
I saved my money for this and I got something which is an old watch used. I don’t understand what customer experience you’re talking about.
