I ordered a cluttoes order id-and shirt (order id- FL[protected] It was told by ajio that these products will be delivered by 1st of January ..on 27 I recieved a message that my order will be shiped by the end of the day! I called up the customer care service to postpone the delivery..they told me I'll be receiving a call before they deliver and asked me to tell them reschedule the delivery ..when I recieved a call I asked them to get my delivery on 29! But they called me to attmep the delivery on 28 and I wasn't able to take up the call ..on 29 I received a call if I want to reschedule my delivery I opted on yes ! After that I called ajio customer care service to reschedule my delivery and they filed a complaint of fake delivery attempt and asked me to wait till 1st and 2nd and I recieved a msg tbat my order will be delivered soon on 31st and on 1st I recieved a msg that there is a delay in delivery after that I called them on 1st regarding my order they said it'll be delivered by 2nd or 3rd of January and on 2nd also I called the customer service executive they said that it'll be delivered to me and now on 3rd (Today) they suddenly told me its cancelled! Like what? Everything was fine till yesterday and. Now they are saying it's cancelled? I was waiting fkr so long and they asked me to make an order again? Like what? The price of the shirt has gone double the amount and the cullotoes of my size has gone out of stock! It's a mistake from Ajio side and nobody is helping! Was this information helpful? |
