The AJIO is not allowing to use my money at the wallet, it's the cash money added to the wallet, a part refunded for a return. However, the cash is being used to purchase items, it's showing the money, but not getting used. The Customer Care agents ate up my three hours over phone, but nothing happened. It's still there. The price of the item may increase tomorrow, etc, who would pay the difference? The AJIO points got expired in the passage of trouble. Who would compensate?
