Ajio — wrong item delivered and exchange order not taken

I had ordered a bulk of items from Ajio.com and the items were delivered as seperate orders. Of this bulk of orders, one item was wrongly delivered. Hence i raised an exchange request and they readily initiated exchange. But the fun fact was they wrongly shipped the item hence the EAN number that they had given the guy who was responsible to collect the order was of the item i ordered hence causing a mismatch in the EAN numbers. Due to this the delivery boy was not ready to accept for the exchange. Later when i enquired the same in the customercare section in AJio i came to know that the shipment got missed and i was not eligible for exchange again. here i am with a Top i will never wear in my lifetime. They raised a complaint from their end and successfully manipulated it and rejected my plea on getting the item exchanged. Now they are asking me that, if i return the item i.e they wont initiate, i should return it, once they validated it and upon verification will initiate my refund. What if they are not satisfied, i will loose my money. Is that what they stand for? I m thoroughly disappointed with their service. There was a hell lot of mail chain going back and forth and this was the solution that they came up with after 15 days.I need the money refund atleast. They did one generous this, they gave me back 200 as ajio cash of the inconveniance caused. I am asking for a complete refund not partial. Enclosing the Return ID, exchange ID and complaint ID.

I have placed a order of 4 items, firstly they are delivered separately which is highly time wasting and secondly i have ordered medium Size t shirt, but have received large size t shirt. You are not supposed to change the aize of products as per your choice. Attend the complaint, otherwise i will appeal to higher authority
I have placed order of 4 shoes together and they delivered it differently .One product i received is different from shown in app . Original one have company name written on it but these shoes have something else written on top . I have send mail to ajio with pic and billing they told me the process to return the product .But the thing is in the process of returning, they will ask you product code which is mentioned on tag. They didn't provide me the tag with this product. Without this they will not accept the product return. I have never experienced such tiring process of return.In other apps at least customer care services are available and you can call them and ask for help.I have tried to call them but no one received . There is a chain of mails back and forth but their is no solution. I have lost trust on this app, atleast their should be some process to solve this kind of problem .
