I ordered Steve Madden shoes but the shoes which I got was a different product soo I decided to put for wrong order delivered but later on I started noticing that my order is on hold then they simply texts me that TY FOR CHANGING YOUR MIND AND TY FOR NOT RETURNING AND ALLL AND then I call customer care who knows nothing and raise complaints and then they don’t calll and the app profile says ur complaint is resolved I have tried returning the product at least 10 times but always on hold and then reject please do something
