I received the wrong product from ajio i placed the return request, but no one came to pick up the product. After making 20 calls to to customer care and raised 2 complaints the issue is still not resolved. They don't have any answers to questions. They just say "we apologise for the incipience we will surely help u" but no one helps.
Its been 1.5 months the product is still not returned.
By god grace "if" it got returned i don't know how much i have to chase them for refund.
