So basically i ordered a pair of adilette 22 slides from adidas for around 3200 which was delivered on 19th July, the product I received was a cheap woman’s chappal, the moment I opened the package itself I requested for return as it was clear it was not even close to what I ordered . I requested return for the same and they refused it . I called customer care and asked them on what basis they doing this. They assured me it won’t happen again and asked me to submit another request . That request has still not been approved or rejected even after the time by which they were supposed to accept it and it’s still on hold . I again called the customer care and they were like they did “investigation” and that the correct product was delivered to me, i told him I’ve the unboxing video and he was like pls mail it to customer care mail id, all I got back was the same response that they did “stringent quality checks” and I’m having the right product . I must be delusional right .
I also found the grievance officer mail id and have mailed all these .
