I place an order with Ajio.com on 11th may 2019. order consisted of 3 products from Superdry . ajio cancelled 1 product & out of remaning 2 which were shirts from Superdry, they delivered just 1 wrong product ie a trouser from john players .i have been raising complaints ever since . there are 3 complaint id
COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected] .They asked me to send the images of the wrong product which i did right away but when i called back they said case is closed because shipment partner says wrong product cant be delivered . its been a very traumatising experience & i believe my hard earned money is wasted .everytime i call they ask for 2-3 days & assue me of reopening the complaint . not sure if i will get justice . im also attaching the same images which i sent acroos to ajio.com
