I feel sorry and regret to inform you that I have harassed by your company for the 1st time . Plz read my case carefully and go through each and every word I am writing . I have ordered two articles for which I am going to attach proves that is Armani exchange belt and wallet . I made this order cod . While the delivery person came my home I have handed him cash worth 14477 worth both the product . then I opened the parcel and to my surprise I have received a blue Color used shirt . And both my ordered article weren’t there .
After multiple calls and multiple complains and uploading the image of the shirt, they have harassed us for a week ‘s time . I use to be on hold with customer care and they use to cut the calls . I have called them multiple times but no body cared, after a week they finally agreed to return the money of my belt .And they closed the case, then for wallet money again I complained they have literally tortured me and promised me saying I will reopen your case and supervisor of ajio promised me to return money by 31st of march . All the calls are recorded . Me and my husband complained so many times that the team hasn’t refunded our money for wallet, but without giving us any information both the times they closed the case . They returned me belt money but wallet money is still with them
