Ajio — Wrong product sent and now not releasing my refund

I ordered a "AND" brand product, but they delivered me a wrong product of a cheap brand. I have returned the product. After a month, they responded with a mail and said that I had returned a non-Ajio product and I am a liar. I called and mailed multiple times to AJIO customer services. They are just giving me false promises and extending the date of resolution. I need my money back and an apology from AJIO.

Order ID - FL[protected] (Date of order - 13th March 2021)
returned ID - RT[protected]Date of return - 19th March 2021)

I am a research scholar in a reputed institute, and the government paying me well for my work. I don't need to do such cheap tactics like returning a fake product and all.

I also have received a wrong product with original tag return is successful but they are not refunding and its a non ajio product!

No. they re-shipped me that product. But I refused to accept. Now that product is lying somewhere. I sent them thousand emails and But the same reply you sent us a non-ajio product and we re-shipped it back.

Did u also got the wrong tag or a orginal tag?
In my case they are saying (on call) it will be reshipped to you but i didn't get any mails
And also they are saying that you can return it again but my return period will be over on 10 july and item is still not shipped what can i do?
