I have ordered 2 tops and 1 jeans in order No - FL[protected], On dated 30th May 21, but as its small in size i have scheduled RETURN for the same, but no one picked up yet.. I m mail mailing this from long time, but i am not getting any help from ajio team, as I have purchased product but got wrong product delivered, and after that I am not able to return this product from self care option on Ajio App. it shows message i.e. Return cancelled on 5th July and Return/Exchange window is closed on Monday 5th July, where i have returned the product on the same day once i understand that product is not delivered as per my size given by me.
But even after 2 months my money is got stucked as no one is trying to resolve this matter.
