I made the electricity bill payment of rs 16023 on 9th september 2017 via paytm.

The paytm team confirmed that the payment was successful on 9th sep, and it will be updated on merchant site in 24 hours.

However the payment is not yet updated in the avvnl system and a late fees is also applied on my bill.

Please help to resolve this issue....

Night duty officers and service man not work properly.. They are not completely work at field.. Today light difalted since 9 o`clock. And at present they are not present in duty and not get action on this situation. This problem is solwing next day to late. Means 1 defact then face dark night. Its not first tim situation. Kindly help socialist peoples. And get action on night duty employees. we cant sleep well or Normally so we cant down...

I am from a normal family. My complaint is that no government employee came to take meter readings for six months. And no bills were received. Then a bill for six months came together and the money was out of our budget. That is why we could not make the payment. So I request you to make the payment of the meter bill. Solve my problem as soon as possible. And get the readings done every month.

I would like to complaint about qnet india's lethargic support system which they claim is world class.
I have joined qnet in last week of december 2023 and bought few products from qnet.
After understanding about qnet's actual business model in couple of days, i have decided to cancel my distribution and requested for refund with clear calculation of my refund amount.

The meter reader of the power house do not come to take the readings of the meter, and write it by thier own from thier chair only. so, they wrote some less readings by thier own but after 2 months they came to take readings and took the whole remaing of last 2 months and current month together, now when the readings are much the charge per KWH inccreases, so, due to the meter readers problem why i should pay all these.

even i visted the power house regarding this, they are mis behaving and showing very harsh behaviour .
pls resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Last night my shop caught fire due to short circuit in electricity meter.
Approximately 200000 rupees material has been burnt in fire.
I claim this money from Rajasthan vidhyut vitran nigam limited.

The amount shown in my electricity bill for the date[protected] to[protected] which is due on[protected] is incorrect and higher then it should be. The household usage as shown in the bill is 243 kwh.

Now according to the bill itsel[censored]nder मुख्यमंत्री नि:शुल्क बिजली योजना all housholds get 100 units free of cost even for units above 100 there will be an exemption of 100 units so that makes 243-100 = 143kwh
Now as stated in bill itself the fixed charges for consumption of 151 to 300 units per month is 275 but in bill they have stated the fixed charges or स्थायी शुल्क as 460 and विद्युत खर्च should be 143kwh * per unit cost for 151 to 300 units which 7.35 per unit = 1080 but that also they have given as 1404.50 other than all this there is extra expense of 146.52 under other or अन्य which I am not sure the reason for as I have always paid my bills on time. Taking into account the above the actual bill cost should be around 1453 but in the bill the charges are 2101.00 around 552 rupees more than the original value. Please we leave in rural areas and even 500 rupees is a big amount for us 🙏 we request that AVVNL or whoever responsible for the bills generation reevaluate the bill and send us the correct value.
