I, ajay singh bhati, from banswara city, k no[protected], wants to bring some very disturbing points regarding my electricity bill that i have been facing since last 6 months. This is very traumatic that despite paying regular bills your department has turned deaf ears to all my appeals.
My issue is that i am getting bills from april 2018, in which electricity department has considered my meter as damaged. The case is that meter reader found my neighbour's meter as damaged but due to his neglgence he had shown my meter as damaged. Many times i asked concerned officer to please look into the matter as my meter is fine but department is overcharging me. I have shown him bills from april 2018 but he didn't want to listen. It seems that only person is controlling the entire department, and the problem is he consider himself as the only authority and dont want to listen anyone.
Sir i have calculated my actual bill from my previous meter that, department or we can say that officer has declared damaged, and the bill that i have got from office. When my meter has changed last reading was 6051 but till that time in total i have paid for 6330
It was a difference of about 279 units.
Despite complaining regularly from last 6 months no action has been taken regarding my bill, instead my meter has been changed and i am overcharged with wrong bill.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me for recovering my financial loss and strict action against that officer for trauma that i have faced in last 6 months.
Please take action as soon as possible.
