Dear sir/mam

I want to register a complain as i have paid my electricity bill are as follows: :-
1) 28 may - rs 2007
2) 23 july - rs 2594
And now the present bill is rs 4436
And even we are not using this much electricy but from last 6months there is so much fluctuatuations in my electricity bill
Kindly, do notice my issue and please help me in providing the solution for this
