Ajnara India — No possession after 7 years of booking and illegal demand of Pratikar charges

I have booked a plat in Ajnara Le garden O1205 in year 2016.
My flat is still not ready. I have paid F&F amount asked by them in Feb 2022 but still flat is not ready and now they are asking for additional charges that too after my several meetings and emails which is illegal. Also they are asking for Pratikaar charges which was informed us to not pay during our last meeting in their office.
Also they are not giving us the Pre-EMI which is a part of subvention scheme.
