Called 6th June, 2026 to AKAI customer care to register complaint that time they told us it takes 48 hours then again when we contact on Tuesday i.e. 9th June, 2026 that time they again told me it takes 72 hours. Again when we contact yesterday i.e. 10th June, 2026 that time they told me yesterday itself the technician will contact us but still not getting any proper revert from them. Today i.e. on 11th June, 2026 also called AKAI customer care now they told me within 24 hours the technician will contact us Our company Montag Infrastructure Pvt Ltd purchased bulk order of AKAI AC's and other products on dt.24th December, 2025. The product is in warranty so we need to solve the query from company only. Very disappointed and pathetic service from Akai service center. Was this information helpful? |
