Akai — akai split ac has lost its coolness and not working properly

I had call akai customer care but they are not executing. Even their dealership here bribing me for further process. I am so much devastated and disappointed. They also not responding. Kindly do needful

Updated by Jiren Nothing resolution has done.Beware AKAI are fake peoples and firm.If you will buy from them then they will trap you in their damaged product.Please beware and start #AKAI free india movement.Please join me we will eradicate them.

After several days one guy from akai has abuse me with tone of dialogue.Even he has used irrational words to scold and abuse.I seek help from consumer complaints.From now akai has lost his faith from my trust.
