We were facing a problem in newly bought akai tv when we contacted service centers they were saying that they will send a man by tomorrow but now it's been more than 20 days and still no action has taken place. We have complaint thrice but no action has taken. And every time the service provider is saying that whenever I call u didn't pick up the call but he never did it.
