Akbar Travels — Akbar Travels Regarding refund not given by akbar travels online flight booking id with akbar travels at - AT[protected]

As i have booked the ticket online through akbar travels online on 13th September 2021 for travel date on 2nd October 2021.SpiceJet Booking PNR XIWBSH: 02 Oct 2021 Chennai-Ahmedabad -Muscat for RASU RAMASAMY due covid-19 flights has been cancelled from spice jet airline and i have initate refund request as on 18/09/2021. But online from spice jet airline it will take 2 weeks for refund travels agency. As on 18 september 2021 after continous follow with akbar travels i have snt all these as on 18/09/2021 and they refund the amount 5-7 working days reflect my account after 2 days again sending mail will further take 20-30 days for process the refund from their side. This is too long time but i said its ok you will process the refund into my account in that particular time limit. But now these time limit is over now they dont picked my phone calls as well after too many mails sent by me than just reply i will my refund very soon but its out of my mind now paitence leval has been broken.
