Took a ticket From Akbar travels online on behalf of Ms. Lovely Mary Samuel Bangalore to Dubai. Due to flight cancelation requested to Akbar travels online for Refund the full amount they agreed but As of now I did not get the Refund. Contacted every 2 week for the refund always same answer "' You will get the refund in a week''... 2 and a half month is over..

I Shrikant Koli, booked a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on 7 June 2020 through online Akbar travels (P) Ltd, but flight was cancelled by Airlines company due to government guidelines under covid situation but despite of many request, my booking amount Rs.6912/-(Akbar travels Ref No AT[protected], is still not refunded by Akbar travels. Akbar travels has not issued my refund for my booking number AT[protected] since April 2020. Due to lockdowns imposed in various states, the airlines have declared full refunds for flight tickets, as confirmed by the airlines, they refund the money to the travel companies just the next day after the customer requests refunds however akbartravels takes around 20-30 working days...

I have book air tickets through Akbar Travels for Emirates airline flight. Unfortunately the flight has been cancelled. When I checked with the Emirates airline they told me they are ready to give full refund. I done a communication through Emirates airline more than five time. All time they agreed me, there is no issue to give full refund.
