I cant attach since i have very big follow up emails with no response.

Since 80days am following for my refund from akbar travels bombay based..

As my maldives land package( saudi quaratine )trip cancelled due to covid outbreak on 27April 2021, for Rs80864/- was still pending.No response for emails and calls.

Ms.Kareena was co ordinating for this.

I have followed multiple times with the following email id.

    Complaint against refunding

    Took a ticket From Akbar travels online on behalf of Ms. Lovely Mary Samuel Bangalore to Dubai. Due to flight cancelation requested to Akbar travels online for Refund the full amount they agreed but As of now I did not get the Refund. Contacted every 2 week for the refund always same answer "' You will get the refund in a week''... 2 and a half month is over..

      As i have booked the ticket through akbar travels online in feb 2020 for travel date in april 2020 due covid-19 all flights has been cancelled and i have initate refund request as on 26/02/2021. But akbar travels online said it will take 45-90 days for refund back from airline. As on 25 may 2021 after continous follow with akbar travels they said you send your account details along with such docs i have snt all these as on 26/05/2021 and they reverted refund will further take 21-30 days for process the refund from their side. This is too long time but i said its ok you will process the refund into my account in that particular time limit. But now these time limit is over now they dont picked my phone calls as well after too many mails sent by me than just reply i will my refund very soon but its out of my mind now paitence leval has been broken.           Akbar travels has not issued my refund for my booking number AT[protected] since April 2020. I had booked tickets from Ahmedabad to Mumbai and the flights got cancelled due to COVID and even Air India has confirmed that they have refunded money back to travel agent I.e Akbar Travels still even after 50 days of that confirmation Akbar Travels is lethargic in giving back customer’s money. And then when I try to beg them for my hard earned money they will send a pre-drafted emails saying we are experiencing huge amount of refunds etc etc and will bluff. Does is take 50+ days to process a mere small refund? So guys don’t opt for such hopeless travel agents services I would say.

            We get your pakage of 9 passenger through Akbar travels they give us travel date on 18th may from Mumbai towards Armenia to Riyadh Saudi Arabia once candidiate reach Mumbai from Srinagar they have travel date on 18th at the night if 17th we get call from concern person of Akbar travels at midnight please ask candidiate flight is cancelled due to some technical problem same day they told us just ask candidiate go back to Srinagar ...at that time we have to make return ticket of canidates from Mumbai to Srinagar ...after then on 19th we get call from akabrbtravels we have another pakage from Mumbai to bahrain we told them it's okkk at that time we asking them just send us pakage detail they don't send they told us candidiate will deploy on 23th may confirm on the date of 21th may they heard about baharin is also closed at that time they sending us mail we will deduct 30000/ passenger of visa we are ready to bear with them we are already getting loss of 1 lac they don't compromise yet we are ready to bear send us refund payment they we are requesting last 20 days send us refund payment they don't

            I am requesting every one don't trust with Akbar they are doing big fraud

              I have booked a flight ticket. Unfortunately the flight has cancelled due to covid. They said the refund time is 25 days. However. The amount has processed from indigo to agent in 2 days. I am really not satisfied with the refund processs. However I have waited more than a month but still they have not processed my refund. Kindly please help, we need to pay our bills. How long I need to wait.

                It has been a year since all o[censored]s are battling corona and lockdown curbs in various cities but companies like akbartravels have made a business out of this. Due to lockdowns imposed in various states, the airlines have declared full refunds for flight tickets, as confirmed by the airlines, they refund the money to the travel companies just the next day after the customer requests refunds however akbartravels takes around 20-30 working days for the money to get deposited into customers account.I have booked with other companies like goibibo, yatra and MakeMyTrip as well and uthe refund process is much smoother, they take max to max 7 days for the amount to process into the account but akbartravels takes minimum of 20 working days which is almost about a month. Their excuse is that they are heavily flooded with refunds and there is a huge backlog but I believe all company's have been battling these struggling time and the fact that akbartravels have not been able to combat this situation clearly shows how I efficient they are. I am still waiting for my airline refunds worth Rs 47000 over 3 PNRs since 18th May 2021 and everytime I write to them their response is there is heavy backlog and it will take 15-20 days but they never mention 15-20 days from when. This is clearly a strategy of these travel companies of earning heavy interests from thr banks in lieu of these refunds by keeping them longer than usual for maximum benefit. Akbartravels is clearly a very unethical and unprofessional company that has been taking undue advantage of customers even during these trying times.

                    I book a ticket on the 2nd June I got the ticket from Male' to Kochi but kept calling my office but could not get you I contacted you to cancel my ticket and refund.I myself went to Indigo's site, cancelled the ticket and made a refund.                       I have book air tickets through Akbar Travels for Emirates airline flight. Unfortunately the flight has been cancelled. When I checked with the Emirates airline they told me they are ready to give full refund. I done a communication through Emirates airline more than five time. All time they agreed me, there is no issue to give full refund.
                      But when I checked with Akbar Travels they told me Emirates airline is charging 3500 rupees per e-tickets. Even I told them Emirates airline is ready to give full refund, Akbar Travels is not accepting.
                      I have a proof from Emirates Airlines (call record) mentioning that what they agreed to me.

                        I book ticket through Akbar Travels website. That flight cancelled due to Covid 19, After that i request refund on 03-Dec-2021 they replied that they need Airline approval for the refund. 21-Mar-2021 i got mail that airline approved my refund request and also akbar travels request my bank account details same day i forward my account details to akbar travels team. After one week there is no update from akabr team so i send mail to them, For that mail they are replied like
                        Please note we have already forwarded your documents to our accounts team, post verification the same will be initiated to your account.

                        We regret the delay due to heavy backlog, the entire process has been delayed, it normally takes 7 working days, however we have expedited the same and the same should get credited in 7 -14 working days in your account.

                        My refund is not credited in my account. Also i daily send mail to them no reply from their side. After that i called their customer service number multiple time when i tell them i called for refund they are cut the call i need my refund

                            I had booked flight tickets from Akbar Travels for March 2020 and May 2020 journey. Due to Covid situation, the flights got cancelled . However, they did not provide the refund amount at that time. As I am having a Ticket booking Agency these tickets were booked by Me on Behalf of my customers. I approached AKBAR TRAVELS for the refund they said they didnot received the refund from he Airlines so we waited for some time and when we approached them again they said the Refund Amount has been credited in the Credit Shell and they said us to take revise flights and use the amount After we contacted our customer one of the customer agreed to get a revised flight and when we asked Akbar travels to revise the flight they said they cant do it and they started giving some or the other reasons every month it has been 1 year now. We still didnot get the Refund Please help me with this as the customers want their refund back

                              I am a Professor in University, Jeddah.
                              I have booked a ticket on March 1 for a travel from Muscat to Jeddah. Travel date is on March 12. Booking reference number is AT[protected]. My passport number is S4657803.
                              After that there was a mail from Akbar ticketing division to send some documents for the confirmation. But I missed this mail because I was in on-road trip for 1-2 days. By that time they cancelled my ticket without any notice and waiting my reply. This kind of service is very annoying and never acceptable.
                              On March 3, I had replied and sent all the documents required.
                              But they are not listening my grievance, saying only your refund is under process. What a disturbing answer!!.
                              I want my ticket back on the same date and with same fare.
                              I had very struggled to book the ticket on that day with reasonable fare. Now the fare is too high and I can’t book the ticket.
                              Please take an action to give the ticket back, else I will miss my meeting and classes, please.

                              I don't agree with their argument.

                              1) I have been booking tickets for 5-6 years from AkbarTravels and I never received any such 'security' message before. Also, they didn't mention it during the booking itself. I didn't expect this kind of mail too and after the booking, I was busy with the trip and its quarantine preparation.

                              2) As per their claim, they never mentioned any 24 hours in their mail (attached email). I had replied to them the third day (March 3rd) when I noticed their mail. But by that time they cancelled my ticket which was on March 12th.

                              3) Why don't they give a minimum of 2-3 days to reply if the tickets are not very nearby?

                              4) Because of their cancellation, I had to pay a high price for the ticket.

                              5) I need compensation for the stress, extra money, and damage that happened.

                                  I had a booking with Akbar Travels for my journey from Trivandrum (TRV) to Bangalore (BLR) on the 25th of April, 2020 in Air India. But the flights got cancelled (due to COVID-19) and I had an open ticket for use. Despite many mails to Akbar travels, I did not receive a proper response and for cancellation/rescheduling they asked high commission charges.
                                  Now(21/2/2021) when I called Air India for booking my tickets. They informed me that the full ticket amount was refunded on Jan 3rd, 2020 to Akbar travels which I haven't initiated for. The Travels hasn't contacted me in any ways.
