I have booked on mar 8th via akbar travels - round trip bangalore to paris 5aug 2 to oct 24 for 85030 rs through jet airways. Due to issue with jet airways, akbar travels has informed that they have applied for claim and my money will be reimbursed. It has been more than 6 months, i am sending emails and i am no getting any feedback or update from them from last 3 months. I have been booking all my family tickets in past with akbar travels and being a loyal customer, the travel agent should have the courtesy to update and resolve the issue. I have asked regarding the claim details and they have not providing that as well. We relay on the travel agents to have the safe travel and their assistance in case of issues on the trip. It is quiet disppointing to have such unresponsive behaviour from their end and no resolution to get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |

AT[protected]Please note we have not received any refund from Jet Airways for above passenger booking. We can process refund, only when we receive amount from airline.
