Hi Team, I have booked prepaid taxi from Mumbai airport terminal 1 by Akbar travels & holidays by paying 2000 INR with my sbi CC ENDING 6619 . Hence price was double than normal charges, I have requested to cancel the booking. For the cancelation of prepaid service (Akbar travel charge me 200 INR) and promise me to return my 2000 INR which I paid by card . Since 8 days I have not received my return money in my SBI card 6619. My question you charge me 200 INR for cancellation but refund prepaid amount why not paid ??? What kind of customer service !!!
