[Resolved]  Akbar Travels — Refund for airline cancelled ticket

Booking ref: AK[protected], flight was cancelled by airlines and the status shown in airline website was refund initiated. But still travels has not intimated anything and still the ticket status shows confirmed. I was trying to reach the travels through phone for the past 3 days. but it was busy for all the day whenever i call. I sent mails, but no responses came from their end. How to get the refund amount?
