UAE 30 days tourist Visa application

I had my ticket to travel to Dubai for[protected]. I applied for the UAE visa on[protected] via Akbar Travels business whatsapp number. They advertise on their website that the visa processing time is upto 5 days.

I had talked to them about giving job seeker visa but I came to know in airport that my visa is visit visa then why did I increase the money where the price of visit visa is 18999/- then why 22999/- extra money by calling me job seeker visa taken

    Akbar travels missold air ticket without car go allowance
    For my mother who was flying between london to mumbai on 15/09/2022 on british airlines.
    She is an old woman of 84 and she brought one bag of 18 kg and she faced the following problems.
    She was asked to pay 85 pounds.

    Passenger had booked ticket from our website and the ticket was of no check-in baggage. Customer has sent us the ticket copy on email on the ticket itself Free: Check-In : 0 Kg | Cabin : 7 Kg is clearly showing.

      Scam and asked for bribe

      I had applied for malaysian visa and paid them for it.
      I even received mail from them regarding payment confirmation. We tried contacting them for visa updates thorugh calls and emails but they didnt answer.
      As our traveling date was near they finally answered and said they will try to get my visa approved but we will have to pay extra 5000 rupees to get it done back gate.

      Hi I would like to inform akbar travels charges 1000-/ extra more than what it shows on their website.
      They keep stating that the website has not been updated, but in reality I had similar experience with them in 2021 as well.
      Such a shameless company, I’ve never seen someone so desperate for money. Mr nazar need to look in this matter or is he also a part of this scam ?

        Akbar Travels is one of the worst travel agents with my recent experience.I booked for my US visa in Aug 2021 and they took full amount and after an year now after several emails they have booked for April 2024.Dump staff.Now I want to login and try for rescheduling to earlier dates and they are not providing the login credentials.

          Visa processing fraud

          Akar Travels is a 100% Fake company. You pay your money in advance, the possibilities of getting visa on time is 5% or lesser. They don't respond or give a proper answer. They will bang phone on your face. Please use other travel agencies if you really would like to to get visa on time. Akbar Travels is a non reliable money minded people without any proper management system. You cannot complain to anyone. Money gone is gone...

          We had booked ticket via Shooes on Loose Pvt Ltd in Feb2020 for Bali trip in Thaiairways. Shoes on loose facilted this via Akbar Travel .
          Due to Covid we requested to Cancel and refund the amount.
          In meanwhile agency Shoes on loose Pvt Ltd went into IBC and asked us to follow up and get money directly from Airlines .
          Airlines refund the money in July'22 after constant follow-up .This amount was trf by Thaiairways to Akbar Travel .
          On follow up with Akbar since today they are asking to take NOC from Legal represenative of Shoes on lose to get refund. We approached him and he said he cannot give such NOC as matter is filed and not part of this transaction

          • Please note that we got our Refund from Malindo Airlines directly in our A/c on 31/12/21 booked in same plan to Bali –attached email

            My agent id 61004 company not response take money but no services available through akbar company

            My agent id 61004 actually before some day i had applied for become agent in akbar irctc but after payments company staff not response well my all tickets booking pending i had decorated my shop as a agents ticket booking office but no correct setup in my pc mac id error shown its a big company but i think staff will failed all company.             Refund on paid airport baggage fee 16380 INR

            I booked economy two way ticket MIlan, Italy to chennai, India - PNR QCBQHU including 30 kg free baggage allowance. During return journey from chennai to milan on 22 June, Oman airline asked me to pay 16380 INR as ticket booked by Akbar travels was in super saver which was in much lower cost. But travel agent charged me 708 Euros by confirming that ticket is booked with 30 kg free baggage allowance. Please refer attached screenshot. Oman...

            Hi Team,

            We would like to complaint against Akbar Travels.com Mumbai Office.

            We had applied for Singapore and Malaysia Visa for personal travel through AkbarTravels.com.

            My daughter's (Ananya Indurkhya Age - 4 years) visa is rejected due to lack of diligence in submitting the NOC document on time.
            All along it was us who were following diligently with Akbar Travel representatives to get the status instead of them reaching out to us. After receiving the Malaysia visa for me and my wife on 8th July, we only had enquired about my daughter's visa. We were never told and mentioned on the email that we need to provide it within 5 days. We still provided it well before time.

            On further scrutiny, we got to know that NOC was supposed to be done within 5 days from the date of email from Malaysia Embassy. However, due to laxity from Akbar Travels representatives it was submitted on 13th July.

            Due to procrastination from Akbar Travels, I have lost Rs.4000 and has given me grave stress.

            As it is a mistake from Akbar Travels team, request you to please ask them to refund Rs.4000 for Malaysia visa fee they charged.

            If not re-applied on time, i will loose my bookings.

              This is regarding the non issuance of flight ticket refund done on date : 19th March 2022. The company claims to have settled the refund amount of rupees 4335 on Date: 2nd April. On confirmation with the bank officials it is confirmed that no refund amount has been credited to the account. The customer care officials have denied to share the utr number of the transaction and even refused to speak with the bank officials regarding the confusion after themseleves suggesting us to visit the bank. They claimed to us that the refund has been processed and shared the following transaction details which are attached herewith. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

                We a family of 3 people 1 adult and 2 kids under 8 yrs have booked a quarantine package worth 1 26 laks on March 5 2022
                To saudi Arabia. As we all k on saudi lifted the quarantine issue on March 5 night.
                Wedding stayedat the hotel booked and used the package as per mentioned. We contacted the concerned parson in that day itself.but he said to wait for a month.he will issue refund.
                Since its been 4 months we didn't got any response. We have compliant against akbar travels, Changanacherry

                Dear Mr. Aasif Aaja,

                Your query dated 06/07/2022 regarding refund

                With reference to your query dated 06/07/2022 regarding refund of amounts paid by you for quarantine package, we would like to inform you that no refunds can be given for the Quarantine package booked by you, the reason being you have booked Quarantine package for 05th of March 2022 and you arrived in Dammam on 05th of March 2022. Then you moved to Khalifa Tower Hotel Al Jubail for your quarantine stay.

                Next day 06th of March 2022 Saudi Arabia has reopened after Covid restriction in which passengers were exempted from Quarantine stay with effect from the 06th of March 2022. This rule was not applicable to you as you had arrived on of 5th of March 2022. Hence you were supposed to continue with your quarantine stay as originally booked by you. However you left the hotel without informing the staff or the company.

                The reopening after covid restriction on 06th of March 2022 was purely a decision of the Saudi Government and we have no role to play in the reopening. Hence the amounts paid by you cannot be refunded.

                  I went to Akbar Travels at the Arrival (T2) of Mumbai Airport for hiring Innova upto Mumbai Central on June 18, 2022. I was charged Rs.2000 and bill number 181225 was provided by the travel agency. Thereafter, I was told to go to P4 of Mumbai Airport to board the Taxi. Upon reaching P4, I was told by Akbar Travels that there is no Innova and only Ertiga will be provided instead.
                  I was forced to take Ertiga as there was no way to go back again to Akbar Travels located at the arrival lounge of the airport.
                  This is cheating and Akbar Travels should refund the excess money charged to me.

                    US Visa assistance

                    (Every single detail mentioned here is basis my email communication with Akbar Travels)
                    Was told on 25 Oct 21 that I could apply for US Visa through them and they took all details including Passport pics, travel history page pics and by 26th Oct asked me to pay Rs. 14500 x 3 = 43500 including Visa fees and there fees. Same was paid on 26 Oct 2021.
                    The time commitment smartly was given 5 days from the date of interview, just...

                    I had applied for 2 Vietnam visas via the Akbar Travels website where I also made the payment. Customer Support reached out to me asking me for documents which I submitted. Then I got a call from the customer service rep saying that since I made the payment through the portal someone else will reach out to me. I have been following up continuously since nobody has reached out to me since Monday (I made the payment on 4th June and submitted my documents on 6th June) and no one is even telling me the status or if my documents are ok! Please have the decency to at least tell your client that has paid what is happening.

                      We reached out to Akbar travels because my parents wanted to apply for visa to Mexico. My parents were based in Chennai.

                      The agent was initially very rude and didn't want to speak to us until we arranged for the documents. Anyway, we got all the necessary documents notarized and ready from Mexico for the visa process.

                      Akbar travels took the visa fee from my family at this point and sent the passport, etc to their Delhi office. I don't understand why.

                      The agent said it is our responsibility to find appointments for the embassy. So what exactly was his job then apart from posting the passport to Delhi?

                      So anyway my parents went for the visa appointment to delhi. Spent money on flights and hotels only to be rejected almost instantly.

                      The passport copy was supposed to be vertical, we had it as horizontal... That was one of the rejection reasons.. why did the agent not know this and why was this not spotted?

                      The visa officer also said they needed an invitation letter from me... The son!

                      It was my in-laws in mexico that were inviting my family and they provided all the letters for that.

                      I was never asked to provide an invitation letter for my parents or share my bank statements. The visa officer asked for this which means the agent either never knew about this or failed to inform us.

                      Akbar travels is the reason our visa was rejected. My family are unable to travel to Mexico because of this.

                      They took money for the visa process, we spent over 40, 000 INR to get the documents notarized in Mexico, we spent an additional 60, 000 INR on flight tickets to Delhi after we found an appointment. At the end of it all, visa was not provided and the agent? No sign of the guy. Was he even experienced to handle a case such as ours? I highly doubt it.

                      I will never EVER recommend this joke of an agency to anyone else.

                      1) rude agents
                      2) did not help senior citizens with appointments for mexico
                      3) sent passports well in advance to Delhi even though we did not have an appointment. What was the point of this?
                      4) did not review the documents and cross check with the checklist
                      5) I will question the agent's experience and knowledge on the visa process for mexico

                      Totally disappointed with the service and even more devastating for my parents who can't attend my wedding because of poor customer service. We do not have the money to spend again on flight tickets and hotels etc to travel to Delhi for another appointment..

                        Akbar travels seems to be a very unprofessionally managed company. I've submitted all my documents and paid fees and service charges on 05.05.2022 for getting Visa for my Malaysia visit upcoming on 15.05.2022. they've started application to the Malaysia embassy on 10.05.2022. they called upon initiating the application with reasons of withdrawal of all online application filed by me. Before this on 05.05.2022, i clearly explained to Bhushan about my application and helplessness to make payment online. When he was aware of this, why didn't he asked me to delete the application I submitted to Malaysia embassy then and there. Why did they delay/gap in application from 05.05.2022 to 10.05.2022. yesterday, I got a call from Akbar travels again to withdraw my applications I submitted online, however there's no application live on my account since 10.05.2022. And I've to fly in next 2 days as I've made all my flight bookings. Rehan never listens to his clients, he gives all possible explanations to prove you wrong and Akbar travels is always correct. Guys at Akbar travels, please wake up and listen to customers.
