Akbar Travels — Refund for cancelled flight

I booked return ticket by akbar travels for Gulfair airlines .Flight got cancelled for both sides.trip dates were 05 March 2026 and 26 March (return).Return flight was booked form qassim to new delhi.From 5 march i am continuously calling the but everytime its busy and dropped them couples of emails.
after many emails they replied it takes around 30-45 days for refund
the second response after so many days refunds takes around 45-60 days
in third response after so many days refunds takes around 60-90 days
i have all screenshots with me and even i have shared all these screen shots with them.
now no response
so personally i would like to suggest better to avoid this company. They speak lie and have very bad service. on every email the default system reply will be there. We will back to you shortly.
and till today i have not received any refund
a big NO for this travel agent
