[Resolved] Akbar Travels — refund for my cancelled flight. | |||
29th sept'17 i had booked a flight from mumbai to nagpur via indore by mistake instead of direct flight to nagpur. Under indigo airlines policy if you cancel the booking within 1 hour, full refund is issued. Indigo has issued the full refund but akbar travels refuses to issue me the full refund and has given a partial refund of rs2032 (Ticket cost rs 5370). Despite multiple calls and even a phone call with indigo executive, the agency is refusing to pay the remaining amount saying that the airlines has charged it as cancellation fees. Some of the female customer care agents are really rude and do not respond to the matter. The pnr is mck7xz and the reference number is at[protected]r1. Was this information helpful? | |||
