Akbar Travels — Refund not Received | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked flight tickets from Akbar Travels for March 2020 and May 2020 journey. Due to Covid situation, the flights got cancelled . However, they did not provide the refund amount at that time. As I am having a Ticket booking Agency these tickets were booked by Me on Behalf of my customers. I approached AKBAR TRAVELS for the refund they said they didnot received the refund from he Airlines so we waited for some time and when we approached them again they said the Refund Amount has been credited in the Credit Shell and they said us to take revise flights and use the amount After we contacted our customer one of the customer agreed to get a revised flight and when we asked Akbar travels to revise the flight they said they cant do it and they started giving some or the other reasons every month it has been 1 year now.
