Akbar Travels — Refund not Received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked flight tickets from Akbar Travels for March 2020 and May 2020 journey. Due to Covid situation, the flights got cancelled . However, they did not provide the refund amount at that time. As I am having a Ticket booking Agency these tickets were booked by Me on Behalf of my customers. I approached AKBAR TRAVELS for the refund they said they didnot received the refund from he Airlines so we waited for some time and when we approached them again they said the Refund Amount has been credited in the Credit Shell and they said us to take revise flights and use the amount After we contacted our customer one of the customer agreed to get a revised flight and when we asked Akbar travels to revise the flight they said they cant do it and they started giving some or the other reasons every month it has been 1 year now. We still didnot get the Refund Please help me with this as the customers want their refund back

Thank You for your Response. Hope i will get the refund very soon as the customers who booked the ticket through us want their refund urgently. I have been waiting for the Refund from March.

We would like to inform you that, as we have checked with your ticket details, your ticket status is reflecting refunded as your refund is initiated on 05JAN21. As per policy, Air India always refund the amount in travel agent's account first of bookings which are done through travel agent. If you have not received then kindly contact your travel agency for the same.

You can see that Akbar travels agent are not giving the refund even though the Airlines transferred it to the Agent
