Akbar Travels — Refund not released | |||
Dear Sir, I have booked the ticket from Pune to Lucknow and Lucknow to Pune vide reference Number AT[protected] having PNR No WNRQQQ and XPW8GK. The total fare value is Rs.33656. Since the ticket wrongly booked, I have cancelled on the same day 25th Jan 2021 after discussion with Indigo and Akbar travels. As informed to me by Indigo Airlines, the refund has been already done on 25th Jan 2021 to Ms Akbar travels. However despite my calling on their customer care, refund is not processed. money has been received, However an amount of Rs 716 has been deducted which sems to be Travel Insurance. Once the Travel has not been done, this also to be refunded.
