I booked economy two way ticket MIlan, Italy to chennai, India - PNR QCBQHU including 30 kg free baggage allowance. During return journey from chennai to milan on 22 June, Oman airline asked me to pay 16380 INR as ticket booked by Akbar travels was in super saver which was in much lower cost. But travel agent charged me 708 Euros by confirming that ticket is booked with 30 kg free baggage allowance. Please refer attached screenshot. Oman airlines clearly say it's not their fault and they responded. Akbar travel agent in Italy not picking the call and not giving proper response. Can you please check and ask them to respond and provide the refund of 16380 INR baggage allowance. It is never my mistake. I have paid for the ticket including baggage allowance but travel agent cheated me by booking without baggage allowance but they took cost of the ticket with baggage allowance. I have screen shot confirmation during the time of verification that ticket booked only with 30 kg free baggage allowance. But in the backend they didn't booked with free baggage allowance. Problem is that they are not responding or not talking about refund. They once said they are in touch with airline. It's been 1 month and Akbar travel agent do not respond properly.
Please help me to get back my cheated money 16380 INR to my bank account from the Akbar travel agent.
