I booked my tickets with them and they are sending me an emails. First email. Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings from Akbartravels.com!!! We regret to inform you that your booking could not be completed due to the unavailability of the requested seats. We have received your payment. In order to provide you with the best services, we have worked out the most competitive fare, where you will be required to pay INR 10080 as an additional amount to book your tickets. Please note that the above-quoted fare is currently available but is subject to change. I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. You can make the payment on our portal through the "Make Payment" option under the "My Account" drop-down menu (available at the top of the Home Page of our website, www.akbartravels.com). https://www.akbartravels.com/b2cplus/payment/travelutility Transaction ID :[protected] Net Fare : 10080 after they called and said its okay for 5040 and I offered them 3000 and they said okay. Akbar Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 10, 2023 Akbar Travels Customer Care's response AT[protected] Please note that seats and fares are subject to airline availability, and the agency does not have control over airline inventory. Seat might get sold out any point of time and fare might time change with out prior notice. If such scenario occurs while booking then these changes has been occurred by the airline inventory. In such case we send mail to passenger with alternate option or ask them to pay the additional fare hike amount or if passenger does not agree then we refund the full amount in passenger's account.
