Akbartravels.com — Refund amount not credited | |||
I had a booking with Akbar Travels for my journey from Trivandrum (TRV) to Bangalore (BLR) on the 25th of April, 2020 in Air India. But the flights got cancelled (due to COVID-19) and I had an open ticket for use. Despite many mails to Akbar travels, I did not receive a proper response and for cancellation/rescheduling they asked high commission charges. Now(21/2/2021) when I called Air India for booking my tickets. They informed me that the full ticket amount was refunded on Jan 3rd, 2020 to Akbar travels which I haven't initiated for. The Travels hasn't contacted me in any ways. Was this information helpful? | |||
