I have a post paid connection with airtel [protected] connected to wifi device from airtel (Called mifi)

On this same number i have also created a airtel money account. Airtel says that postpaid wifi number can not be used to receive calls and sms. During the time of account creation, otp was sent to my alternate number ([protected]) that is vodafone.

Now i want to use my airtel money amount to pay my airtel mifi bill, but can not do so as otp is not received on primary [protected] or alternate numbers ([protected])

I have visited their store 7-8 times to resolve this issue. I have written email to both airtel wifi and airetl money but no solution is provided. Email sent to appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com and grievance. [protected]@airtelmoney.in

I have a pending bill of 2700 rs that i have told them i will only pay when my airtel money is unblocked.

They are daily calling me 7-8 times to pay bill but not listemning to my problem.

I am ready to pay bill if they unblock my airtel money amount.

Please provide help in this case.
