Hi My name is nand kishore arora & i have booked a mobile mi max 2 twice on amazon website but nobody is taking delivery part seriously On 15th august i have booked this mobile for first time under exchange offer & free delivery so it was suppose to be delivered by 21st august but field executive came for delivery & old mobile pickup denied from handing prepaid mobile by saying old mobile is not powering up & when my family requested to switch on the mobile this executive denied being helpful & taken my parcel back with saying he will come back on 22nd to check mobile. Only then he will handover this parcel but nobody appeared for delivery Revert which we received from amazon says customer denied from accepting this mobile & they refunded my money back When i called up on cust care to know the status of my mobile they confirmed return & fake comment posted on my behalf Obviously it made me bit angry but executive calmed this matter & advised to go for purchase second time & this time they will wave-off cartage amount of rupees 150 as same day delivery in good gesture. Understanding their polite behaviour i again purchased mobile trusting telephonic conversation on 24th august & that was suppose to be delivered on 25th but due to agitation posibilities in haryana... Amazon team delayed delivery where flipkart executive were working in normal manner but in good gesture i agreed to postpone for 1 more to safe-guard field boys I was concerned for these guys & postponed delivery for 26th august but these guys were so shrewd that they not even considered this good gesture & again created drama while delivering mobile second time In my absence they have checked imei number as advised under exchange policy but made excuse that screen of my mobile is broken & screen is not unlocking where my mobile is working perfectly fine with working all ways Since there effort was to avoid from delivery of mobile with as much excuse they can make this delivery again is denied & field boy says he will consult his delivery supervisor upon this matter When 6th time i talked with amazon cust care team they as per script apoligized for this & ensure of mobile delivery in special gesture on sunday but nobody turned back Today (On monday 28th august) when i enquired about status of mobile delivery i received similar group of excuses that mobile in transit broke up & my old mobile was not as per their exchange policy & so on If they were having some set of policy then it has be shared with customer which was not done & that to does not states anywhere mobile with minimum battery backup is not acceptable From 12 days i am waiting for a product which can be purchased from local market but in trust of good thing delivery i have wasted 12 days & received harrasment & useless excuses from amazon which makes me escalate matter If they were having some set of instruction then that must be shared with customer well before purchase but no prompt or something like that is available I am sharing screenshot which proves my 2 purchase & problem reported to amazon along with requesting to support me in resolving matter & help me in purchasing same mobile from amazon Was this information helpful? | |||
