I am writing this mail behalf of my mother who is having account in axis bank, customer id[protected]
Today she visited hosur branch where she was not guided properly she was handled by mr anand.. Who is not having any idea about account closure, he told my mom to give one set of hard copy of aadhar card and pan card. So she went out and took a copy of it.. He told to sign lot of documents where my mom signed.. My mom asked to transfer money to other account as the amount was large.. So she gave cheque... Then he said to wait for several hours.. No response received then again he told my mom take another set of copy of proof.. Again my mom went out for to take hard copy of it.. My mom asked him to take print from office bcoz she was too old unable to walk and diabetic too.. He refused to do it... So again she went out and took a copy... Then mr anand told to wait he wants to go to lunch so wait for some more hours... She waited patiently with out having lunch and too tired... Mr anand came he told he need to check the account... After some hour he told your account is freezed you cant take money come after 10days... My mom need money due to an emergency condition where she was not able to take.. Mr anand said i cant do anything with this...

Later on i got a call from my mother where she was fainted and taken to hospital due to improper behaviour of your personal.. She was so upset tired and cried where our money we were not able to take and they had made to wait for several hours with out reason... She is 50yrs old woman... Is the way you treat your customer? Having our money your treating us like a dog..

I made a call to your operation manager mr parthipan where he told new set of story in order to escape from this situation... He told to me my mom didnt bring any cheque book so she went out... Again she went out for time pass... Is this way of giving reply to yourcustomer... I told mr parthipan to check the cctv footage... Withoutchecking he told he is right i am wrong... He was talking to rude to me... Saying he is correct i am wrong then i asked him to register compliant and case against him... He just hang land line number... I called several times where he didnt answer so brought this matter to customer care where they also tryed he was not answering the call..
Then finally i gave my number to front desk to make a call... And i asked name of operation manager she told the name...
I am putting this mail behalf of my mother ill treatment behaviour of two persons mr anand and mr parthipan.. Where mr parthipan trying to save himself with new set of story... I want requesting you to take immediate action and solve issue and give the money as early as possible...
I am asking in future dont treat old person like this bcoz this kind of behaviour really hurts...in future we will not open account with your bank... We have experienced worst behaviour... I am registering compliant and case against this issue to court for this kind of treatment and not handing over our money..
