We booked 3 tickets for the play 'Aladdin' worth Rs. 15000 on the 13th of Jan'19 for the 2:30 show. These were booked by me as a gift for my friends birthday. we reached the venue and we were denied entry altogether, apart from that the staff was rude and hostile and no help was granted. the authorities were rude and misbehaved. we had no option but to buy another set of tickets for the 6 pm show and paid another 9000 Rs.just so that we could watch the show. since after that, we have tried talking to customer support and they outright deny the incidence and won't agree to compensate Even worse when i told them that I am complaining to Police or consumer forum they misbehaved and started talking rubbish. Even at the call centre, there was no response and they denied saying no such instance took place I want them to compensate for my tickets in full amount and also for the mental trauma caused to me and my friends Was this information helpful? | |||||

Actual EMI was 833/-INR but aromatically debiting only 700/-INR from ECS Mode, another 133/-INR is Pending / overdue and it comes same as Check bounce, i have visited their office but they didn't solve my issue, so kindly solve this issue,
