Damaged/defective refrigerator delivered. Damage was pointed out right at the time of delivery to the delivery personnel, and written proof of the same exists on the delivery acknowledgement receipt. Delivery personnel also took pictures. Despite this, flipkart insisted on samsung technician certifying the damage. The same was complied with and the technician certified the damage. Despite almost 2 weeks passing, as on date, there has been no action from flipkart, other than empty assurances. This is causing extreme inconvenience as it is a large product with even bigger box and packing and we obviously do not have a warehouse to store all this indefinitely. We have been amongst the earliest customers of flipkart, when they were known for customer service and +ve experience. It has obviously degraded greatly, and they are either selling damaged/seconds/defective goods or damaging them in transit and then putting off replacement indefinitely.
