Dear team, My name is manoj kumar and i have purchased the bike insurance from hdfc ergo on 18th jan 2017, from the recommendation of policy bazaar but my insured bike has been stolen from noida (Digicall service pvt ltd, a-14 sector - 64) at 1st feb 2017 and same has been highlighted on 4th feb 2017 to the hdfc, issue related all required documents (Orignal papers, bike orignal key, orignal rc, insurence copt etc) has been submitted for the aa insurance (Hdfc) agent but didn’t receive any resoution from hdfc ergo company, this is a big issue now as a consumer i am sufering and pounding between bank and company to get my amount from policy bazaar to hdfc ergo and aa insurance, my humble request you to please look into the serious matter and do the needful asap.
