Akosha.com — online fraud on theglobalcart.in for soundbar & projection tab of 799/- and 990/- rs

I bought the product (Soundbar & projection tablet) of rs. 799+990=1789/- from online site "theglobalcart.in" on dt 07/08/2020, but after investigated online, it seems site is fake and i sent mail to [protected]@gmail.com (Mentioned id given at site for contact us) for cancellation of the orders and refund the paid money but getting no reply yet, and even got the mail from [protected]@gmail.com for order confirmation.

I have all the evidence regarding this (Attached), and i made payment online by using payment gateway "razorpay".

Request - kindly help me to cancel the both orders (No delivery yet) and return/refund the above mentioned amount.

Orders details are as -
1. Order #1642 - sound bar
2. Order #1644 - projection tablet

Pl once check the site - theglobalcart.in from where i bought the products.
