Akosha.com — Online shopping refund related

Hi sir, I ordered sparx sandals in flipkart and received on 18-sept 2020, they sent slippers instead of sandals then i returned it and asked for refund, they picked it up on 22-sept 2020.flipkart promised that amount will b credited on 1st oct but i didnt get any refund of 710/- in my account.I spoken to flipkart, they are saying that amount is credited to my account if not approach to bank.
actually my cousin is bank manager of indian bank and my account also in indian bank.He checked and told that there are no upcoming transactions pending in my account.
