Introduce myself as s. Kailasnath, a senior citizen of 76 years of
Age living with my wife (Only two o[censored]s) in a rented house living on a
Budgeted expenditure. Since we require information/relaxing
Entertainment we decided to go for dish tv. Owing points.

I was charged a sum of rs.2500/- for the tatasky hd set top box +1
Month free subcription by mangalore dish care vide their receipt
No.386 dated 15.02.2019. I wrote to tatasky ([protected]@tatasky.com) on 16.02.2019 to let me know whether the charge iseasonable since i saw online charge of tatasky hd set top box is rs.1600/- including one month free subscription.. I did not any reply from ttasky. Yesterday i got a call from represenative tatasky who said that the charges is only rs.1600/-and that i should get back the excess amoiunt paid by me.

Today i wrote again to tatasky asking for cancellation of connection for the reasons mentioned in email which is reproduced below;-

On 15.02.2019 arund 10.15 am, i went to mangalore dish care situated
At valencia and met one mr. Dinesh and told him that i want dish tv
Connection with their nxt hd set top box which has recording facility
And life time warranty and the price being 1749/- with one month free
Subscription.

However when i came home and saw the receipt it was written as tatasky
And when i enquired over phone he said that tasky gives better
Service. Even i asked him about the charge of rs.2500/- he said that
It is the price. Having some doubt about the charge i wrote to you and
You have not replied so far on the point no.02 raised by me in my
Email dated 16.02.2019. Yesterday i got a call from your represenative
And when asked he said the charge is rs.1600/-only including one month
Free subscription and asked me to ask the dealer for refund of the
Excess cahrge of rs.900-

The set top box provided to me does not have the recording facility

Even for my package i had sked him to include the following
Broadcastor's package. He did not do so which is visble from the
Absence of the channels included in the broadcastor's package. E. G-sony
Ten 3 from sony happy india 3, discovery tamil, hbohd and cnn hd. Etc.
He did not give me the broadcastor package list but gave me only the
A-la catre list. Since i had seen the broadcastor package list, i was
Able to ask him but he did not oblige.

You (Tatasky) have not yet clarified the point raised by me - no 02
(Charge ofrs.2500/-).

Your silence on the point gives an understanding that you are
Approving the action of your agent /dealer in charging rs.2500/- i am
Thinking of approaching consumer court in this regard.

Under the circumsatnce, i want to withdraw from the services of tatasky
And i would like my payment of rs.2500/-returned by way of deposit to
My bank account-no.[protected]-ifsc-sbin0003300-sbi, kankanady branch
Without delay.

I herby testify that whatever i had stated above is true and prepared
