Dear sir, We have taken cashless insurance from sbi general insurance in which paramount health services is tpa. The policy was started from 26/04/2018. After few months my father was admitted to fortis hospital in gurugram for brain stroke on 5/06/2018. We processed our claim through paramount health services through the hospital on 06/06/2018 but they were asking for documents again and again and we have provided them all necessary documents of hospitalisation till 07/06/2018. They also asked for no history of bp and diabetics and we have provided them the document from the doctor. Still they rejected our cashless claim without any reason. We have suffered a lot as policy was given so easily and we were fare in each and every documents but they were just putting us in pain. Kindly take strict action. I have heard about akosha complaint forum and i also expect from you to help me. I have all copies of necessary documents with us.
