I was purches ucb blue from sanapdel 25 days before but the parcel is coming to me the product was changed which I ordered. Than I call to snap deal then the executive is telling that our company excuitive will collect the parcel after 6 days I again call snapdeal costumer care then they are telling that u have to courier the parcel to gungaon hariyana and also telling that the courier fee also will be refundable than I was courier the parcel to gungaon on 25th April then the Consiment was receive gungaon in 27 after that my account was not credited with in 48 hour than again I call to snapdeal on 1 may then the excuitive was telling to me that your refundable amount was credit with in 2 hour than again I call on 3 may then he was telling to me with in 24 hour your refundable amount was credited than 4 may I called to snapdeal then the excuitive was telling that your courier was not coming to us I was totally herriesed from snap deal that was very bad experience to me please help me.
