Akosha.com — Paytm charged twice for the same payment | |||
Dear sir, I made a payment of my reliance postpaid bill from paytm and received a message that payment is unsuccessful please try again however money got deducted. I had to pay again and now they are telling that payment was already made and not returning my previous deduction. Reliance is telling that payment has been made only once. I have been mailing them since one week and even calling them but they are not providing me with any details and have been harassing me over phone whenever i try to call them. They keep my phone on hold for hours forcing me to disconnect the line without any response. I would also like to inform that they donot provide me the receipt of the payment they have done and keep replying that my issue will be solved at the earliest. I have started feeling helpless and would request you to please help in the given matter and ask paytm to address my issue as i am a middle class man and an amount charged by them is of greater importance to my financial condition.
