Akosha.com — sofa ordered but undelivered and rs 18000 not refunded

During one of the sakaal furniture expo, i had ordered on the spot sofa from stall owned by m. S instyle interiors, pune. Total cost was around 36000rs
Immediately paid 10, 000 rs as advance through debit card on 22nd dec 2014
Rs 8000 was paid in cash on 25th dec 2014, when their person came home for measurement of sofa.
After that after numerous follow ups, discussions, nothing has moved and still neither the sofa is delivered and nor the money 18000 rs has been returned back,.
This company ms instyle interiors no more exists, and neither their godown in pune which is shut donw.
Only one contact person by the name dilip bhai is still active but always keeps telling that he will give the money back.
Even after threatening of police complaint, still this person is not turning back.

Now i have already bought a new sofa from a local furniture store and i am interested to get my rs 18000 money back,
