I ordered haier washing machine in flipkart. They send me damaged product. product delivered on[protected]. Technician came for installation on[protected]. The technician found that damaged part. So I request return/replacement on[protected]. But they rejected with out reason. I checked return status on[protected] and called flipkart customer care. Again they raised replacement request. They send me messages for technician visiting schedule. But that technician didn't come but I received messages from flipkart technician visited and return request accepted. But no one come to pickup fir thus product. But Again I received mail from flipkart on[protected] that mail is seller gas accept request abd we will shedule fir technician visiting. 10 day gone. But they torchered to me. Every time they changed their mails and messages with out contact me. What can I do?
