⚠️ Very bad experience with Haier refrigerator ⚠️
I purchased a Haier convertible refrigerator just 1 year ago. We hardly ever used the freezer, but when we finally tried to use the convertible feature, it did not work.

I raised a service ticket, and the technician came, dismantled the entire freezer, and then told me the button is gone and the whole freezer needs to be replaced — at my cost! I explained that...

    urgent complaint regarding ac cooling issue no response from haier technician

    I had raised a complaint regarding my Haier AC on 17th April due to a cooling issue that started that day. The AC was purchased in 2021 and is still under guarantee as I have been consistently taking AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract with free service extension) for the last 3 years.

    Despite my continuous follow-ups with Haier customer care, no technician has visited my home till now. Calls are not being answered, and only once...

    I have compliant for AC repair which is from Haier. These people are not sending any technicians since 2 days and I have made them endless called which were unanswered, reasons being given of technical issue. Then the gave me number of this technician Nitin mehta which has switched off his phone. The senior's number is also switched off. This is very frustrating

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my Haier split AC, which has been causing repeated issues since 2021. Despite multiple service requests and visits by engineers, the problem continues to persist.

      Every time I report the issue, an engineer comes, temporarily fixes the problem, and assures me that everything is resolved. However, after one or two months, the same issue occurs again. This cycle has been continuing for almost four years now, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of a permanent solution.

      I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and arrange for a thorough inspection and permanent resolution. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and long-term reliability from a reputed brand like Haier.

      Please treat this as an urgent matter and take the necessary steps to resolve it once and for all.

        Dear Consumer Complaints Team,

        I am writing to file a formal complaint against Haier India regarding an ongoing issue with my account and the repeated poor customer service I have encountered over the past several days.

        I currently own four Haier products, and all of them should be registered under my name, Ashish Ranjan, with the correct contact number being [protected]. However, there seems to be an error in the system as another number ([protected]) is registered, which belongs to Kuldeep Singh and is not associated with my account in any way.

        As a result, whenever I register complaints, all communication—including service requests, messages, and calls—are being sent to this incorrect number instead of mine. Despite registering three separate complaints for this issue, and repeatedly requesting Haier's customer care team to correct the registration error, I have not received a resolution.

        I have contacted customer support multiple times through phone calls and online chats, where I was assured each time that the issue would be resolved, but nothing has changed. This ongoing issue has been extremely frustrating. Most recently, on a call with an agent named Manisha, I was promised that the correct contact number would be updated, but once again, no action was taken. When I raised the issue with her, she responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, further adding to my frustration.

        I have also been unable to escalate this issue to a supervisor or manager, as every agent has informed me that no one is available.

        I kindly request the following actions to be taken immediately:

        Correct my account information to ensure [protected] is the registered contact number for all my Haier products.

        A formal apology for the poor customer service I have experienced, including the unprofessional behavior of certain agents.

        A guarantee that future service communications will be sent to my correct contact number.

        A follow-up from a senior supervisor or manager to ensure this matter is resolved properly and to discuss how Haier will prevent such issues from occurring in the future.

        I have been a loyal Haier customer for years, but this experience has left me highly dissatisfied with the company's customer support and service.

        Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution.

          I have been facing problems with AC for the last one week as it is not cooling...Even the AC gas was filled out last 20-Apr-24 by Haier - Service center's technician. But the engineer did not show how much gas had been filled out in spite of asking multiple times from my side. He told me that your AC gas will not leak till the next 2-3 months. if it gets leaked then you can raise a grievance and we shall give free service to fill AC gas without any charges including Visiting and others as well. Now, when I made a call on 18-Jun-24 to the Haier customer care team, they told me to pay INR-590 related to visiting charges because your AC is in warranty period, if you raise a request to fill the gas. but it doesn't make sense. I am really disappointed with such services. Why should I pay INR-590 as it's not my fault. First time I purchased a Haier product and did not have a good experience.

          Can you please help me to resolve this issue Asap as in such hot weather we have been facing health issues.

            We complained about split AC of Haier Appliances India yesterday on 07 June 2024.

            Today I received a call from their party support provider in Hyderabad through phone number[protected] saying that he would send technicians.

            2 technicians came to our apartment. As the compressor which was installed by Haier team was outside and after checking about requirements like safety belt etc, and providing the same to them, they feared and they dropped out.
            They asked visit charges of Rs.350/- though they did not provide any service.

            I told them same and I would not pay. But their supervisor with phone number[protected] called and said he will send tomorrow 2 technicians who can do servicing and told me to pay 350 to them and he will not collect visit charges second time. But now he says it is closed and lodge a fresh complaint.

            It is totally unfair on them and Haier service providers. It is simply cheating the customers.

              We, bought a refrigerator on Dec 2023, After 2 weeks of installation, it stopped cooling completely and there was noise in the fridge, after complaining, they took 10 days to come and check whats the problem and told there is gas leakage. we asked for replacement since its a new product. They did not agree to that and after 20 days they serviced it for 3 days by filling gas.
              After 2 months o[censored]sing fridge, appliance stopped working...

              I am writing to you after several attempts to rectify this snag from various agencies i.e dealer, service manage and area manager.
              Actually, I bought a refrigerator from BHARAT VYAVASAYA PVT LTD AGRA on 29 Apr 2024 bearing the SLNo.Haier ref 3964 PMG-376 LTR BJ0 XH100001T3NABAPXE U/ S with the name Anuj kumar Verma in which it is found that display panel is not glowing, in this regard when I told to dealer as well as customer service for so many times than on 01 Apr 2024 finally service engineer arrived to look into the matter and detected that display panel is missing from the new refrigerator. Till date no action has been taken by the service centre.
              Being a renowned and world class company, this short of negligence is not expected at all. Therefore you are requested to enquire about this missing display panel and also initiate the action against quality assurance department. Furthermore you are also requested to provide display panel at the earliest so that I could operate the newly purchased refrigerator otherwise I would be left with no option expect to return and grab from another company.

              It is to bring your kind notice that I bought a refrigerator on 29 Apr 2024 from BHARAT VYAVASAYA PVT LTD AGRA, BILL DESCRIPTION HAIER REF 3964 PMG-376 L, BJ0XH100001T3NA8APXE U/S, GSTIN/UN09AABCB5032F1Z2 in which it is found that display panel not working while switching ON, in this when I contacted to the dealer, he could not give a satisfactory answer and further I approached to customer service centre regarding this matter, they send an engineer to look into the matter after several reminders then engineer detected the snag that display panel were missing from the newly purchased refrigerator. In this regard again I approached to service dealer alongwith service centre representatives but till date no action has been taken by any of the agency and presently I am feeling robbed of by these agencies.
              Therefore you are requested to initiate punitive action against the fraudesters.

                On 22nd Jan 2024, I have purchased 3 Yrs AMC from Haier( SAGAR Refrigeration). Initially, they informed with in 7 days AMC document will be delivered. Followed up with them when AMC document not received. After 1 month they gave AMC for 1 Yr period only. Since then I am following up with both Sagar Refrigeration Haier senior management with out any resolution. Neither they are refunding my money nor AMC is updated to 3 Yrs.

                Haier customer care do not register any official complain and asked to contact Sarika Bhosle([protected]) on 18th April 2014. Its 2 weeks now even she did not respond with any update. Initially, she has requested for 2-3 days time.

                On 2nd May 2024, unjustified payment being adjusted for 1 yr AMC. Refunded amount of Rs 1050 and mentioned that 1 Yr AMC charge of Rs 1180 is deducted. I dont need 1 Yr AMC. I need full refund and cancellation of AMC from such unprofessional and unethical vendor.

                  Service Engineer attended to relocate the Unit as not cooling.

                  Unit is till not cooling.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have booked one Robot Vacuum Cleaner on 07th March 2024 and it was said that I will receive the product within 5-7 days. But when contacted, I am not getting a favourable reply from your team. Now and then I have made calls and sent mails, which are sometimes responded to and sometimes ignored.

                    I feel very frustrated calling you people and getting an irresponsible response.

                    The invoice was generated on 20.03.2024 and now they are sending the docket details on request which shows that the product is in transit. I don't know how long it will take to come from Calicut - Kerala to Coimbatore.

                    Now I have decided to go with some other Company for the same product and request you to cancel the order and refund my money within a day or two. The person in helpdesk says that cancellation and refund will take another 7 working days. but, I request you to process immediately since I have already lost many days waiting for the product.

                    I also wish to state that I fully believed that Haier is a Reputed Company and your services will be good. But, now I am totally disappointed and will not even go for other products in future with your company.

                    Send me a cancellation confirmation mail and the refund details.

                      I had purchased a Haier Refrigerator(HRF-3654PMG-E) NEW MIRROR GLASS COLOUR on 27/03/22 as attached in the Tax invoice from Great Eastern Retail Store in Kolkata. The fridge starting giving problems(no cooling and icing in the wrong places)from the very next month of April 2022. We had purchased extended from Great Eastern and Haier by paying extra as insurance. So the technician was sent and the problem was resolved for the first time later again after a few months the fridge had the same problem of no cooling. Again the store sent us the technician and they found some issues with the parts/components of the products so they installed the new component. But the problem did not end here, the fridge again had no cooling and water flow from the back portion so went to the store to change the product, so they sent a new replacement for the same model, however, that new product with same model also had the same problem and we were literally fed up calling the technicians for help and also resulted in alot of food wastage at most of the days at our house. so the great eastern retail store in kolkata where we the original item suggested us to take a new model but of the same company that is Haier even though we insisted to change the company of the product, they said it is not possible to change the fridge's company so we spent extra Rs. 5000 to replace the old model with a new model(HRF-3954POG-E) OCEAN GLASS BLUE COLOUR. I am hereby attaching the tax invoice for both refrigerators with the warranty documents. I would like to notify that the same problems continue to happen to date. I would sincerely request to take strict action the retail store of Great Eastern and the Haier company for fooling the consumers with their hard earn money. I request the forum to help me get my refund so that I can buy another company's fridge in its place. Kindly take this matter at earliest. Looking for your sincere consideration on this.

                        I launched a complaint at Haier on 16/11/2023 about door not closing properly. A servicer Engineer came and informed that the door needs to be replaced and collected the model number of my product and collected Rs. 350/-. Also I have paid Rs. 3000/- as advance for the product to be ordered. Later by 07/12/2023 a guy came for replacing the door and told that the product received was not for your model (for which i have wasted Rs350/-).
                        Then after complaining the same Haier ASM gave assurance that the Door will be received by 26/12/2023 which never arrived. After enquiry he told that the part is not available at Haier. And asked for my bill of the product which was purchased on 08/2018.
                        And told that the product is more than five for which no depreciation will be provided so you have to purchase a new product.

                        This states that the products purchased from Haier are serviceable only upto five years beyond which it should go to scrap.

                          This is a LED TV purchased on Mar 2022. In September 2023, the picture started flickering and now left side of the screen is BW and right is color. This is panel issue . The TV showroom also mentions multiple such issues with this TV. so why is Haier not recalling or correcting this. As per the CSR, the charge per surface area for this TV to come and investigate and cannot guarantee any solution.

                          This is another way to make more money. A Rs 50, 000 TV should last more than a year. I am hugely disappointed with this purchase. If this is not resolved amicably, then this is my last Haier purchase ever.
