I registered a complaint for my washing machine on 23.06.2025, but even after all this time, no technician has attended the issue.

As it is the rainy season, managing without a washing machine has become extremely difficult. Unfortunately, the responses I have been receiving from the Jeeves support team have been very cold and unhelpful, with no clear resolution or service update.

Haier has very poor quality of Service center in Solapur and people in Sambhaji nagar Mr Gaufer ([protected]) the area manager has assured that the part required to repair washing machine will be made available, but its been pending since months. With extreme frustration and grief, I'm lodging a complaint regarding the rude behavior of the customer care service staff and service center staff. I am very much disappointed with the product provided by Satya Agencies. As this issue has not been resolved, I regret to state that I will not be purchasing any products from Satya Agencies in the future. But from the 2nd day of installation it's drum and belt not proper work .every time I register complain it's technicians come and repair and then 2nd day same problem. But not service center and customer care not properly work .the worst company I have experience. We have taken a microwave on rent from Furlenco for a period of 6 months from 25 January, 2025 to 24 July 2025. I bought Haier fridge on 6th April 2022. One month after the purchase it started giving cooling issues, veggies and fruits started getting spoiled. Raised complaint, Haier engineers visited and it worked fine for 15 days then again cooling issue repeated, After 2nd repair 2/ 3 months it worked fine then same issue repeated. This was serious escalation about the air conditioner purchased on 17-march-2019. The installation was not done properly which resulted in gas leakage.
