[Resolved]  Akt Enterprise — blackmailing, fraudulent and harassment

This is Ritik Agarwal of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. I was looking for work from home so I came through this message by quikr of AKT Enterprises. I got their number and called them so they told me about the job of typing 7000 captchas in 7 days and they will pay me Rs.28000 in return. And if I am not able to complete the work i had to pay them Rs.5100. Before starting this work i asked them how i will know the difference between i l O and 0 so they said you can call customer care but they never provided me sufficient information. So I started with my work the app i recieved was not working and they told me that my session will start at 6 p.m. but the session started after 10 p.m. And after typing for a day i tried to look at my report but the app showed 'no data found'. Then I called the executive and he said report will be available after 6 p.m. So i tried to look at my report after 6 p.m. but still it showed no data found and after 6 p.m. you cannot contact the executive. After 9 days of work their advocate named Ritika Chauhan contacted me and told me that i have not completed my job so I have to pay Rs. 7500 which includes Rs.5100 as charges and Rs.2400 for issuing N.O.C. I told her that i can't see my report till now so she said I am providing you the report. The report showed that I typed around 600 captchas but I am confident that I have written much more than that so i told her that her report was wrong so she said to pay the company Rs.7500. I told her I won't and then she told me we will take legal action against me. So I started looking for this company on google and i came through consumer forum and I found complaints this company were already filed and I read in that complaints that people who have already paid them were now asked for Rs.12500 more. So the advocate kept on calling me and blackmailing me pay us or we will take legal action against you and she threatened me that she will get me resticated from my college. After this they said to pay Rs.5000 in place of all the penalties which sumed to Rs.[protected] for charges, 3000 for legal notice) I don't know why they were negotiaiting with me. They provided me with their bank account details and account holder name was Neptune Soft Solutions so I searched about this company on consumer forum and I found that complaint against this company is also filed for fraudery and blackmailing.
